This is the story of 30 young and bright children from Seelampur, one of Asia's biggest slums and their didi(elder sister). They firstly learnt they were already champions - Creating The Right Mindset.

They learnt to become more than their current circumstances - to engage in educational games and use their bright minds to play, to form friendships and to accomplish goals while having fun! - Creatively stimulating The Brain

They learnt to push their boundaries and see the world outside their own tiny worlds. On a field trip to historic sites. Amidst, I learnt the importance of planning rigorously to make the field trip happen! - Reverse Planning Power

15 minutes before bell rings and entire school becomes chaotic for all students rush to go home, champions learnt the power of meditation and a quiet mind.

Silence the mind

My frequent acts of using salesmanship skills to inspire Champions from all little to big things in our tiny classroom. Proud owners of Winnie the Pooh pencil as reward of 100/100 Math assignment.

Teaching as Leadership

Champions not only understood the concepts in books but experienced them. A field visit to Science Museum. Making it all happen by raising funds and working with amazing colleagues. Execution Matters!

Heated classroom debates and discussions for champions by now had gathered enough knowledge and learnt the English language to be able to voice their opinions. Their thoughts even enlightened me at times! This is 'The True Power of Education'.

My 32 kids are on a transformational path to a future all children deserve. But sadly, not ALL. I constantly seek opportunities to participate in the projects aimed at empowering children all across the globe. Be the Change you want to see in the world - Mahatma Gandhi.
