ABOUT ME
In one word, Ruchika Jain can be described as a 'challenge-seeker'. She is constantly learning - be that for professional or for personal development. Her past challenges include attaining a first-class engineering education, working as an analyst at a $18B firm, transforming lives of children from slums with 400% growth, leading the management of India's first trans-national Liberal Arts college, serving on the board of a non-profit in Toronto, and recommending consumer insights for leading health & wellness CPG and retailers in USA and Canada. She is passionate about:

1. Using consumer lens to grow the business
2. Making the world a better place
3. Self-expression through creative pursuits
She graduated with an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Schulich School of Business in Canada(#1 in Canada by CNN 2021). She has 6+ years of work experience across diverse industries in 3 countries(US, Canada, India). She was fortunate to provide excellent education to children from one of the biggest slums of Asia, Seelampur, where she attained an average growth of 400% in English language and Math proficiency in just two years. She also raised substantial funds through her fundraising campaign on giveindia.org for Teach for India's Be The Change Project for sustainable growth of her classroom and community.
During MBA, she took majority of electives in Marketing & Strategy from industry leaders and research scholars such as Prof. Russel Belk, Ashley Konson, Dr. Markus Giesler, Dr. David Rice etc. She also served on the board of a fundraising organization in Toronto for strategy consulting. Currently, she is volunteering for Sunday School at St. James Cathedral, Chicago using her creative and mentoring skills.
She is passionate about discovering what makes a customers’ mind tick and ‘why’ they buy ‘what’ they buy. Designing an organization's strategy for how to create value for customer by looking at customer's perspective is of ultimate interest to her. She is a member of Canadian Marketing Association, Yale Center for Customer Insights and Marketing Research & Intelligence Association.
